Louis designs interiors for both residential and commercial spaces. Proposed interiors include overall concepts, space planning, furnishings, colors, materials and fit and finish.

LTCSI maintains direct dealer relationships with manufacturers and vendors allowing us to provide a competitive pricing edge.
Delivery & Installation.
All projects include delivery and installation
of all interior furnishings.
SERVICES
LTCSI provides furniture and furnishings acquisition, delivery, and installation. This includes upholstery, case goods, lighting, artwork, accessories, wall coverings, and custom drapery. We also provide attached assets including hardwood flooring, carpeting, tile, cabinetry, moldings, and attached lighting. Exterior material and color specifications are also available.
EXPERIENCE
Louis has been an interior designer for over 30 years and has worked in various markets in ten states. He has completed over 600 interiors including private residences, model homes, design centers, sales centers, clubhouses and independent living facilities. He is a four time National Association of Home Builders National Award Winner and has won multiple regional and local awards.

SPECIAL PROJECTS
Louis has capabilities outside of conventional remodeling and homebuilding. Three examples are the conversion of the Federal Prison at Lorton, Virginia into apartments, restaurants inside of several Independent Living facilities, and the complete renovation and refit of the Franciscan Seminary at Catholic University in Washington, D.C.
PRIVATE RESIDENCES
Services for private home interiors include space planning, proposed furnishings, colors, materials and fit and finish changes. Over the years Louis has been sought out by individuals to provide full major commissions for their private interiors. People seeking to build new or to do total home or major component renovations and re-furnishing are typical projects taken on. Customers often incorporate some of their existing furnishings into their new interior. Design projects Louis has completed usually include substantial furnishings purchases along with complete or partial fit and finish changes. Furnishings acquisitions, delivery, and set up are also included.
